The exterior and interior of this 4,000 sq. ft. Mid-Century Modern house was extensively renovated. The kitchen was reconfigured with new cabinets, fixtures, fittings and finishes. Windows and doors were replaced throughout, and the partially enclosed stair at the ground floor was opened up. Heavily glazed in-fill walls, and a bulky wood railing that obscured the views were removed and replaced with a steel cable rail system. A master suite was created with sliding doors opening onto an extended deck with a stair down to the edge-of-bluff hot tub overlooking the outdoor pool and the Hudson River.
